Spuyten Duyvil String Instrument Repair - Shop Policies

• Visits to the shop are by appointment only.  No walk-in customers please.  Call or email to schedule your appointment in advance.

• All instruments must be accompanied by a case.

• All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty, during which time you may bring your instruments back for complimentary follow-up adjustments. This service ensures that your instrument stays in optimal playing condition and allows for fine-tuning to meet your specific needs.

• Any instruments that remain uncollected for a duration of 90 days following notification of work completion will be deemed abandoned. After this period, we reserve the right to sell such instruments to recover the costs incurred for repairs.
